Sevruga (stellate sturgeon) caviar differs by small grey to charcoal grey grains with a sweet sea spray flavor. Excellent flavor with a touch of salt. A world-class caviar that has been served only to the aristocracy, as it has a unique clean sea flavour. Sevruga caviar is packed in glass cans with the red covers.Caviar is served with on sandwiches, or small salad-bowls, decorated with greens and lemon slices. Butter is served separately.
