 Healthy vegetables

It is known that five different vegetables a day are necessary to keep yourself on the best form. Daily vegetable menu will provide your organism with vitamins and microelements. Rich vegetables table will save you from serious diseases and help to struggle with existing ones in the most pleasant and effective way.

Cabbage
Cabbage renders the stomach costive, makes sleepy, strengthens the sight and helps in case of chronic cough or enteritis. Cabbage juice with sesame oil is very good for tonsillitis. Put cabbage leave around your head to relieve headache.

OnionOnion opens congestions and excites appetite. Onion soup is very good for stomach. Onion with lard cleans the lungs and breast. Marinated in vinegar onion is helpful in case of hepatitis, spleen diseases and digestion. To breath in the smell of chopped onion is a good way to clean the brain. Fresh onion in large quantities is harmful to people with acidity.

Carrot
Carrot dilutes tissues, opens congestions in liver and strengthens the stomach. Carrot is good for breast, liver and stomach aches. It is used as diuretic and helpful to draw away nephroliths. Fresh carrot is hard to digest, that's why it is better to drink carrot juice or make salads dressed with oil. Carrot jam with honey strengthens intestines.

Cucumber
Cucumbers possess cleaning qualities, they slake thirst and reduce blood strength. They are good for people with high acidity and are used as diuretic. Cucumbers seeds open congestions and clean blood-vessels.

Turnip
Turnip is notable for its sustenance. It removes cough, softens breast and intestines, improves the sight and excites appetite.

Beans
Beans have cleaning qualities and are considered to be good diuretic. Beans are digested for a long time, but creates dense mass and softens breast and lungs. Beans assist in developing corpulence.

Garlic
Fresh garlic contains many useful substances. It dilutes viscous tissues, cleans, opens vessels, thins blood and is used as diaphoretic and diuretic. It is recommended to eat garlic in reasonable quantities to stay healthy, as it neutralizes bad water and polluted air. Garlic cleans the throat and voice and is good in case asthma, nervous diseases and gingivitis. Abuse of garlic can cause headaches, dry blood and be harmful to eyes.

Beet
Beet cleans and dilutes thick blood, opens congestions. Beetroot renders stomach costive and has little sustenance. The best healthiest part of beet is leaves with stems. Beet is useful in case of kidney, urinary bladder diseases.
