 Chicken Roll

1. Make a cut in the back.

2. Detach chicken fillet from bones. Be careful not to break the surface.

3. Put evenly on the table, salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

4. Roll very tightly and put in foil greased with oil.
Bake in the oven heated 180-200C.

5. Serve sliced.
