1. Cut pork with a fat layer and skin into long sheets, put skin down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wash greens and chop finely. Distribute greens evenly on pork slices.
2. Roll tightly and tie round with threads. Pour in water in a pan with onion husk, put an onion, pepper peas and bring to boil. Put pork rolls in and cook on low heat for 2 hours. When the rolls are ready, take out from onion water, roll in finely chopped onion with pepper, put between two boards with a weight on the top.
3. Keep in a cold place for a while. Serve cold.
