1. Chop greens finely and stir in grated cheese. Wash and clean the inside of paprika.
2. Fill in with cheese mass.
3. Make open-ended cuts in beef. Place pods in the cuts. Roll in beef in spices, sprinkle with salt. Wrap in a fat gauze and bake on the baking sheet in a well-heated oven.
4. Serve sliced with different vegetables.
Ingredients: 1 kg beef boneless 200 g cheese 300 g spinach 50 g green parsley and dill 2 ea long paprika
