Seeding a Cucumber
Trim ends of cucumber, peel with a knife or peeler and discard cucumber skin.
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise. Run a small spoon along seeds, scraping close to the flesh but not going through the bottom or sides.
Discard seeds. Continue as recipe states.
