| Removing Skins from Nuts | ||
Heat oven to 200 C. Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until nuts are lightly browned and dark skins are cracked. Transfer nuts on a clean towel; cover and rub nuts vigorously in towel to remove as much of the skins as possible. Cool completely. | |||
