| Clarifying Butter | ||
Cut up cold butter. Melt butter over low heat, not stirring. Once the butter is melted; remove from heat. Skim off foam with spoon from melted butter carefully and discard. There will be clear golden liquid remaining. It is clarified butter. | |||
