 If you have insomnia…

1. The best medicine from insomnia is fresh vegetables and fruits, juices.

2. Have a walk for a half an hour before going to bed.

3. Take a warm bath for 10-15 minutes.

4. Massage temples with lavender oil.

5. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoons of finely chopped lettuce leaves, brew for 1-2 hours, strain. Drink 1 c before going to bed.
