 If you have a sore throat…

1. Grate beets finely and squeeze juice. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to a cup of juice. Rinse 5-6 times a day.

2. Pour 100 g lukewarm boiled water over 100 g ground garlic, cover and leave for 5-6 hours, strain after that. Rinse warm.

3. Boil 100 g dry bilberries in 1/2 l water until water is about 1/3 l, strain and rinse 3-4 times a day.

4. Bring milk to boil, add 2 tablespoons of honey and dissolve it. Drink warm.

5. Chew a half of lemon with peel slowly; don't eat anything for an hour after that. Repeat this in 3 hours.

6. Hot tea with lemon or raspberries is useful as often as possible.

7. Combine finely chopped onion, grated apples and honey to your taste. Eat 2-3 teaspoons 3 times a day.
