 Apple Salad

 Description
  Unexpected combination, but really tasty. Refreshing light salad will go fine at th end of the dinne to relieve the feeling of satiety.

 Method

Apple Salad  Cut apples into small cubes. Chop eggs finely. Add peas, mayonnaise and stir thoroughly. Decorate with greens.

 4 ea apples cored and peeled; 3 tb green peas; 2 ea eggs hard boiled; 3 tb mayonnaise; greens;

 Lemon Jelly

 Description
  Jelly is delicious dessert for any occasion. Jelly si very refreshing and light to taste, so it will be a wonderful completion of your dinner.

 Method

Lemon Jelly  Pour over gelatin cold boiled water (1 part gelatin: 9 parts water).Leave for 40-60 minutes and then warm up on a very low heat, don't bring to boil. Strain carefully. Pour 3 c water in the pan, add sugar and bring to boil. Add chopped lemon peel from a half of lemon and gelatin. Stirring syrup regularly with a spoon, bring to boil on low heat and add lemon juice.
Strain syrup, cool down and pour into moulds. Leave in a cold place.

 Cabbage Rolls With Mushroom Soup

  It is almost the same as golubtsy, but with delicious sauce

 Method

Cabbage Rolls with Mushroom Soup  Stew chopped onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet for 3-5 mins. Add rice, meat, salt, and pepper. Stir just to mix well. Remove from heat. Remove core from cabbage. Place whole head in a large kettle filled with boiling water. Cover and cook for 3 mins. Remove softened outer leaves. Take out all large leaves Cut thick center stem from each leaf.
Take one large cabbage leaf at a time,put 1 rounded tablespoonful of meat mixture in center of a leaf. Roll leaves. Put stuffed cabbage leaves with seam down close to each other on a frying pan. Do not make more than 2 layers. Combine beef broth and mushroom soup; Pour over cabbage rolls. Bake in a well heated oven for 1 1/2 hours.

 1 ea onion, chopped; 2 tb butter; 1 ea garlic clove, crushed (optional); 3/4 c uncooked raw rice; 200 g ground beef or veal; 200 g ground pork; 1 ts salt; 1/4 ts pepper; 1 ea whole head cabbage; Boiling water; 2 c beef broth or stock; 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup;
