 Description
The recipe is delicious and really beautiful.
 Method
Combine all the ingredients and roll into balls. Bake in the oven 190 C until done.

  • 200 g butter.
  • 100 g coconut flakes.
  • 1/2 c sugar.
  • 1 ea egg.
  • 1 ts baking powder.
  • 1 ts vanilla.

     missing ingrediant?
     I made the recipe - but added flour - without it the dough was too soupy - did I do something wrong? Was the butter supposed to be softened or melted? It seems to me that the flour is definately needed. My cookies ended up tasting like shortbread cookies with coconut - very good.
