 Description
This fried cakes could be served as an appetizier or a complementary dish to your main course.
 Method
Boil potatoes in skin and carrots, cool off and pill. Grain or mash finely. Chop up onions very fine. Mix with a can of drained corn, peas,eggs,potatoes and carrots, salt and peper. With clean hands make the desirable size cakes,dupm them in some allpurpose flour and fried on a skillet till done.

 Ingredients
  • 2 lb potatoes.
  • 3 carrots.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 can sweet corn and peas.
  • 2 eggs.
