 Description
Khren is the ideal sauce for the lovers of hot spices. Serve khren with meat dishes.
 Method
Put beets in blender and mix with the horseradish, add other ingredients and store in jar in the refrigerator.

 Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated horseradish.
  • 1 quart beets (drained).
  • 1/4 cup sugar.
  • 1/4 cup vinegar.
