 Description
This is a very delicious dish (at least in my opinion). It is served hot with mayonnaise in a pot. It is tasty with baked or boiled potatoes and greens.
 Method
Cut pork ribs one by one and fry on high heat until light brown. While frying, combine chicken mincemeat with an egg in a separate bowl. Prepare cabbage leaves as for golubtsy (stuffed cabbage rolls). When ribs are ready, stick the mincemeat to them , having seasoned to taste. Then roll in a cabbage leaf. Put the rolls in a deep pan and pour over muchroom stock. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes on the average heat. 10 minutes before finishing pour over a bit of mayonnaise. Bon appetit!

  • pork ribs.
  • chicken mincemeat.
  • cabbage leaves.
  • mayonnaise or grated cheese.
  • salt, pepper to taste.
