 Description
Russian pokhlebka is a true Lenten soup made from vegetables and barley. Light taste will diversify your strict menu.
 Method
Cook pearl barley in water until half done, add shredded cabbage, cubed potatoes and carrot, chopped onion. Before serving sprinkle with chopped dill.

  • 300 g potatoes.
  • 100 g onion.
  • 100 g carrot.
  • 100 g pearl barley.
  • dill.
  • salt.
