What can be better than juicy, fresh berries for dessert? Strawberries with fluffy icing will be the specialty of the day, for sure.
Method
Whip yolks with sugar, add vanilla, starch and pour in hot milk, stirring constantly in order to have no lumps. As soon as cream gets dense, pour it over strawberries arranged in the molds. Stink in a waffle before serving.
Ingredients
2 kg strawberry.
7 ea yolks.
500 g sugar.
1 1/2 l milk.
2 tb starch.
vanilla.

lacey This recipe was very confusing because i did not know all of the measurments. They should be in American measurements also. I could not make it because i did not understand some of the language used in the recipe directions. I gave it a one because i was unable to make it. jen
Easily confused... I would have to say also that the measurements were quite confusing for me, not being familiar with metric. Plus, where do the waffles come into play? Was the recipe just for the icing and strawberries? I don''t know. I just found it confusing. Valerie
Great This recipe was nice. I didn't find it confusing, but I'm canadian so I use metric all the time. The instructions could be clearer but I like the fact that it's not your classic cream with the strawberries. Stephen
