 Description
Lemon Tvorozhnik will be perfect for everyone who is on a diet and is afraid of superfluous calories.
 Method
Grind tvorog in a mincer, combine it with whipped with sugar and butter yolks. Then stir in beaten egg whites, semolina, raisins, cubed candied fruit, grated lemon peel. Put the dough in a greased with fat and sprinkled with breadcrumbs mold and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Make syrup from sugar and sour cream; add butter, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour the glazing over the cake and decorate with cubed marmalade and lemon slices.

  • 1 kg tvorog (cottage cheese).
  • 250 g sugar.
  • 8 ea eggs.
  • 150 g butter.
  • 4 tb semolina.
  • 100 g raisins.
  • 30 g candied fruit.
  • 1 lemon peel.
  • Glazing:.
  • 200 g sugar.
  • 1/2 c sour cream.
  • juice of 1 lemon.
  • 1 tb butter.
  • vanilla.
  • marmalade.
  • lemon.
