 Sandwiches With Veal Tongue

 Description
Sandwiches are the best appetizers on holiday tables, as they are small and easy to pick at any time with any drink.
 Method
Slice bread finely. Combine butter with tvorog, pepper and salt. Spread the mixture on bread slices, then put a tongue slice. Shape small balls from yolks, vinegar, sugar and salt, according to the number of sandwiches. Put a ball on a sandwich and decorate with green.

 Ingredients
  • white bread.
  • 300 g butter.
  • 600 g cooked tongue.
  • 500 g tvorog (cottage cheese).
  • 6 ea hard boiled yolks.
  • parsley green.
  • vinegar.
  • sugar.
  • ground red pepper.
  • salt.
