 Description
Apple mousse is light fluffy dessert that will help you to complete the dinner logically and easily.
 Method
Bake apples in the oven until done and grate through a sieve. Whip whites until foamy and add sugar, grated apples and soaked in water and swollen gelatin. Decorate with raspberry juice and sprinkle with chopped nuts, cubed candied fruit.

 Ingredients
  • 2 kg sour apples.
  • 6 ea egg whites.
  • 400 g sugar.
  • 100 g peeled nuts.
  • 100 g candied fruit.
  • 2 tb strawberry jam.
  • 2 tb gelatin.
