 Cauliflower With Potatoes

 Description
Delectable vegetable dish with light sauce. It doesn't take much time and needs simple ingredients.
 Method
Cube lard and fry with finely chopped onion. Put half-cooked cauliflower parts, sliced potatoes on lard pieces and pour over beaten eggs with flour and salt and bake in the oven until done. Decorate with parsley greens before serving.

 Ingredients
  • 1 ea cauliflower head.
  • 150 g lard.
  • 500 g boiled potatoes.
  • 1 ea big onion.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • 3 tb flour.
  • salt.
  • parsley green.
