 Guliash With Apples

 Description
Guliash is aboriginal Hungarian dish that became a staple food in Russia. Apples create a new taste and lightly sour flavour.
 Method
Cube beef and fry in fat, put in a pan add water and stew, covered. Fry peeled and sliced apples in oil and add to beef. Then add tomato paste and salt to taste. Stew until done, then add flour and sour cream. Stir on low heat until there are no lumps.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g beef.
  • 400 g apples.
  • 1 ea onion.
  • 2 tb fat.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • tomato paste.
  • 2 tb sour cream.
  • 1 tb flour.
