 Squid Salad 2

 Description
Another version of popular salad with squids, but scallions imparts a new taste to it.
 Method
Cube squids and hard-boiled eggs. Chop finely green onion; stir all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise.

 Ingredients
  • 250 g boiled squid.
  • 3 ea eggs.
  • 50 g scallions.
  • 150 g mayonnaise.
  • salt.

     Salat iz kalmara
     that's the way we always cooked it but using plain onions instead of green. Where do you find squid(kalmari) in America? The one I tried in oriental stores are awful! My gaughter loves kalmari after our trip to Russia but I don't know where to buy them.
