     Sweet!
These were tasted among a group of high-schoolers and went very fast. Despite the suspicion about the cottage cheese ingredient, they were well liked by many. How does one pronounce, "tvorog" closely in English?

     Wonderful!
I cooked these cookies for my cooking class and they loved it! People wanted thirds! But what is the best way of converting grams into cups?

Unfortunately converting g into cups isn't easy, because g is a measure of weight and cups a measure of volume. So 250g equals only a cup if you are dealing with water or a substance that has the same specific weight as water. I bought myself a little scale (Braun makes a nice one that shows grams and ounces and goes up to 4lbs or 2kg) to weigh my ingredients with. As to the recipe--I haven't tried it yet, thus no rating.

     didn't work. why?
i don''t have much experience in baking. I tried this recipe, but it didn't work out. I baked the cookies for 40 min at 350 degrees in an electrical conv. oven; they started burning from the outside, but were still raw inside. I used whole wheat flower, honey instead of sugar and maybe a little less butter than recommended in the recipe. What was possibly wrong?
