 Tvorog Cake

 Description
This cake will be perfect for everyone who is on a diet and is afraid of superfluous calories
 Method
Grind tvorog in a mincer, soak gelatin in water, and grate lemon peel. Add chopped marmalade and sugar, peel to tovorog. Dissolve gelatin on double boiler and add to tvorog with whipped cream.Rinse the mold with cold water, put in tvorog mixture and leave in a fridge for 20-30 minutes. Take out of the mold and decorate with fruits, marmalade and whipped cream.

 Ingredients
  • 1 kg tvorog (cottage cheese).
  • 1 c sugar.
  • 1 ea lemon.
  • 1/2 l 35% cream.
  • a pinch of vanilla.
  • 30 g gelatin.
  • marmalade.
  • 1 ea orange.
