 Description
Patchwork of different vegetables dressed with spicy sauce. Salads are served to make digestion easier and excite the appetite.
 Method
Combined cubed vegetables with chopped green onion and sorrel, salt to taste and dress with oil.

 Ingredients
  • 3 ea boiled potatoes.
  • 2 ea boiled carrots.
  • 2 ea boiled beets.
  • 2 ea pickles.
  • 1 bunch of spring onions.
  • 12 ea sorrel leaves.
  • 4 tb oil.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
