 Beef Soup

 Description
This rich dish will bring in a new taste to your table. The smell of juniper will fill your home with unforgettable feelings.
 Method
Fry well washed beef slices in fat and put in a pan with cold water, cook for 1,5 hour on low heat. Add all the roots and cook until meat is done. Then season to taste and juniper berries. Take out the beef and bone it. Dress the soup with fried in butter flour and stir until there are no lumps. Then add fried tomato paste and sour cream. Serve with chopped greens.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g beef.
  • 2 tb fat.
  • 1 1/2 l water.
  • 1 ea carrot.
  • 1 ea onion.
  • 1 ea parsley root.
  • 1 ea celery root.
  • 2 tb flour.
  • 1 tb tomato paste.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • greens.
  • juniper berries.
  • 2 tb sour cream.
