 Fruit Mousse

 Description
Fruit mousse is light fluffy dessert that will help you to digest your rich dinner.
 Method
Boil wel washed fruits until done and grate through a sieve, add sugar to taste and citric acid. Whip egg whites and add fruit mass by 1 spoon at a time. While whipping, add soaked in water gelatin. Arrange mousse in molds and let cool down. Decorate to your taste.

 Ingredients
  • 300 g dried fruits.
  • sugar.
  • lemon peel.
  • citric acid.
  • water.
  • 3 ea egg whites.
  • 1 ts gelatin.
