 Carrot Cake

 Description

 Method
Beat eggs with sugar; melt butter in a separate bowl. Combine them and add a pinch of baking powder, then stir in grated carrot and add flour, stirring constantly until you have stiff dough. Roll out 3 flat cakes. Bake them in a preheated oven until light brown on average heat. Icing: Whisk sweet condensed milk with butter in a mixer and spread on every flat cake. Decorate the cake with chopped almonds and walnuts.
