 Fir Cones

 Description
Extraordinary cookies will go perfectly in your New Year menu. The smell of a real fir tree will impart a new meaning to your holiday table.
 Method
Toss the butter and combine with sugar, add yolks and yeast, soaked in some milk, sifted flour and knead dough. Leave the dough in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. Then put on a the working surface sprinkled with flour, make small rolls and shape small cones and make small notches with scissors to make cones look truly and bake in a preheated oven where you put fir cones for smell. Bake until light brown on average heat.

  • 400 g flour.
  • 200 g butter.
  • 200 g sugar.
  • 2 ea egg yolks.
  • 10 g yeast.
  • 6 ea fir cones.
