These cookies are very simple to make. To decorate them and make look beautiful, roll just baked cookies in chopped nuts and coconut flakes.
Method
Combine flour with sugar and grated lemon peel. Chop butter with the flour with a knife, then add sour cream until there is a homogenous mass. Leave in a cold place for an hour. After that roll out two sheets 1 cm thick and bake them in a preheated oven until light brown. Grease a just baked sheet with jam and cover with another sheet and press lightly. Cut out cookies of different forms.
Ingredients
200 g butter.
3 c flour.
1/ 2 c sugar.
1/2 c sour cream.
grated lemon peel.
Filling:.
1 c apple jam.
3 c chopped candied peel.
1 tb rum.

good cookies These cookies were really good, although tough to cut out after the dough was cooked - is there a reason the cookies are not cut before cooking? Any suggestions for the scraps? I brought the scraps into work with me and they were a big hit!
