Колядки – рождественское печенье, которым угощают всех, кто приходит колядовать. Печенье можно приготовить с самыми различными начинками.
Метод приготовления
Замесить пресное тесто, раскатать, разрезать на квадраты, загнуть края и защипнуть углы так, чтобы получилась плоская коробочка. Наполнить коробочки начинкой (перетереть творог с яйцами и сахаром) и выпекать в прогретой духовке на среднем огне до готовности.
Ингредиенты
400 г муки.
150 г воды.
Начинка:.
300 г творога.
7 яиц.
сахар по вкусу.

Like a cardboard box We made these cookies for a 7th grade school project and the shell box tasted like a cardboard box. Flour and water, baked is not very good. The squares were hard to make and we have no clue on the size. After they cool, like the next day when we brought the project in, it really left lots to be desired! Kathy

It reminded me of my strong Russian background and when I closed my eyes I really felt I was celebrating a Russian Christmas IN RUSSIA! Instructions I am not an avid baker nor Russian. The directions left me very puzzled and I burnt the first bach. If you could give temperature and times for baking in future recipes it would be helpful. Anonymous
Dissapointed I was very dissapointed with this recipe. I found the directions hard to follow and burnt my first bach. If you could give baking temperatures and times it would be so much easier to experience the true taste of the recipe. Any other way doesn't do justice to the food. Anonymous
