 Chicken Pudding

 Description
Chicken pudding is a delectable dish for fine food lovers. Tender, mild taste will conquer you. The pudding will decorate any table and is perfect for people on diet.
 Method
Cook chicken meat in water until done and grind in a mincer with bread soaked in milk. Stir in eggs and spices. Grease a bowl with butter and cook on double boiler for an hour.Whisk butter with flour and heat, add chicken broth, and stir in yolks. Stirring regularly, pour in sour cream, lemon juice and greens. Pour the sauce over the pudding, serve hot.

  • 1/2 l broth.
  • 2 ea yolks.
  • lemon juice.
  • 1 tb chopped greens.
  • 3 tb sour cream.
