 Sour Cream Sauce With Horseradish

 Description
Sour cream sauce with horseradish is served with boiled beef, lamb or goat's flesh.
 Method
Grate horseradish finely and fry lightly in butter, add teaspoons vinegar, pepper, salt, bay leaf, sugar and stew for 5 minutes. Then Add sour cream to the sauce and add it to the horseradish and bring to a boil.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g white sauce.
  • 200 g sour cream.
  • 100 g horseradish.
  • 30 g butter.
  • 10 g sugar.
  • spices.
