 Tea Cakes

 Description
Tea cakes is a perfect complement to tea or coffee. Small delicious cakes will make tea drinking a real pleasure.
 Method
Chop butter with flour finely, add sour cream and knead dough. Shape a ball and leave in a cold place for 1 hou. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out cakes of different forms, brush with eggs and sprinkle with sugar thickly. Bake in a preheated oven on average heat for 10-15 minutes until light golden.

  • 2 1/2 c flour.
  • 2/3 c sugar.
  • 200 g sour cream.
  • 200 g butter.
  • 2 ea beaten eggs to brush.
