 Red Wine Sauce

 Description
Red sauce is served with smoked meat, ham or tongue. Tart taste imparts unique piquancy to meat cuts.
 Method
Pour wine into the sauce, add butter and bring to boil.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g red sauce (see recipe).
  • 100 g wine.
  • 20 g butter.
