 Basic White Sauce

 Description
This sauce is the base for different spicy fish sauces. If you add your favorite spices, the dish with white sauce will make your day brighter.
 Method
Heat flour on a pan and pour in slowly hot fish broth, stirring constantly. Stew for 40-50 minutes, and then add salt and strain. Stir in butter
