Forget about simple noodle soup and enjoy the taste of summer! |  | | Method | | Wash vegetables; peel squashes and carrot and chop. Melt butter in a pan and sauté vegetables. Add 1,5 l water to them and broth cube. Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes. Add red beans, peas and macaroni. Cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Chop greens and serve soup sprinkled with greens.
