 Description
Lapshevnik is a casserole made from noodles and tovorog (farmer’s cheese). The dish is rather sweet, so served, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
 Method
Cook noodles in lightly salted water, strain and combine with eggs, sugar, salt and sifted tvorog. Spread the mass evenly on a greased pan, pour over melted butter and bake in a preheated oven ob average heat for 20-25 minutes.

 Ingredients
  • 250 g noodles.
  • 1 c tvorog.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • 1/2 ts salt.
  • 2 tb butter.
  • 2 tb sugar.
