 Vegetable Salad

 Description
This salad is a delicious alternative to the salad made from fresh vegetables at wintertime. It can serve as an appetizer or garhish to any dish.
 Method
Dice tomatoes and peppers, chop onion and carrot finely. Put all the vegetables in a pan, add oil vinegar, salt and sugar and leave for 20-30 minutes. Bring to boil and keep boiling for 10 minutes, put in sterile jars and cover hermetically.

 Ingredients
  • 1 kg sweet bell pepper.
  • 1 kg tomatoes.
  • 1 kg onion.
  • 1 kg carrot.
  • 400 g oil.
  • 100 g vinegar 3%.
  • 100 g sugar.
  • 5 ts salt.
