 | | Description | | Geudgea is a traditional Azerbaijan pilaf. It differs from usual pilaf by that the rice is served separately with fried chicken and dried fruits. Painted by saffron, rice looks palatable. |  | | Method | | Cut a chicken lengthwise into two parts, salt and fry until done. Stew dried fruits in butter. Cook rice and add a pinch of saffron just to paint it. Before serving pour over melted butter. Chicken and dried fruits are served in different bowls.

 плов Все очень здорово,но хотелось бы поподробнее. Про сухофрукты не сказано как готовить.А плов очень вкусный . Мама у меня готовит, но это целое искусство. А так люди и не сообразят как это толком готовится. Спасибо. Бакинка.
