Painted by saffron, rice looks palatable. |  | | Method | | Cut a chicken lengthwise into two parts, salt and fry until done. Stew dried fruits in butter. Cook rice and add a pinch of saffron just to paint it. Before serving pour over melted butter. Chicken and dried fruits are served in different bowls.
