 Rissoles in Eastern Style

 Description
These rissoles will surprise you by tender taste and extraordinary juiciness. The rissoles are served with chopped onion and greens.
 Method
Grind lamb and onion in a mincer, add salt, pepper and stir through. Shape small balls and fry on average heat in butter until done.
