 Fried Mushrooms

 Description
For this dish you can use different mushrooms: cep, orange-cap boletus, agaric, chanterelle, honey fungus, Boletus luteus. Fried mushrooms are served hot, sprinkled with greens and with slices of hard-boiled eggs.
 Method
Chop onion finely, stew in oil, then add washed clean and scalded mushrooms, salt and fry on high heat. Add more oil if needed.

  • 1 kg fresh mushrooms.
  • 8 tb oil.
  • 3 ea onion.
  • salt.
