 Description
Omlet is a wonderful dish for breakfast. It is healthy food. You can diversify omlet by adding cheese, tomatoes or bacon. Unique combination of eggs with milk will make you full of energy.
 Method
Whip eggs with milk, stir in chopped scallions. Salt to taste and fry in butter until done.

 Ingredients
  • 3 ea eggs.
  • 1 tb finely chopped scallions.
  • 1 tb melted butter.
  • 1 tb milk.
