 Oat Cookies

 Description
Oat cookies are one of the most favorite sweets among kids. Mothers will like them as well as they are very easy to cook and it can bring much joy for children.
 Method
Beat butter with sugar and vanilla, stirring carefully eggs, until white. Then add oat flakes and chopped nuts. Spread the batter evenly on a well-greased sheet and bake in a preheated oven 180-200 C during 15-20 minutes. Cool down and cut out different cookies.

 Ingredients
  • 3 c oat flakes.
  • 3/4 c sugar.
  • 1 tb flour.
  • 100 g butter.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • nuts.
  • vannilla.

     How much "oat flakes"?
     I don't know how much butter (100?) or oat flakes to add to this recipe for oat cookies.

     В рецепте указано - 100 грамм сливочного масла и 3 стакана овсяных хопьев (типа российских "Геркулес"). Если хлопья крупные - их лучше помолось в кофемолке.
