| Description | | Prianiki is a favorite sweet. In old days every Russian people had their recipes of prianiki, therefore they were called by the names of Russian cities: Tulskie, Vyazemskie, Moscowskie, Tverskie, Vologodskie, Suzdalskie. There are different inscriptions on them: “To whom I love”, “Eat with pleasure”, “Happy New Year” etc. |  | | Method | | Make dough, add chopped almonds and spices to taste. Put the dough in a fridge for 3 hours, then roll out finely 5 cm thick, cut out different prianiki and bake in a preheated oven 200C until done.
