 Description
Koloby are small balls, baked to take on a long journey and were also used to break the Fast. They can be served as a snack.
 Method
Knead dough and cool it down. Roll out finely 2 cm thick. Make rounds with a small glass and out them on a greased sheet. Bake until light brown.

 Ingredients
  • 3 c barley flour.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • 1 c sour cream.
  • 2 tb oil.
  • 1 c sugar.
  • salt.
