 Description
Kolyadki are small ritual pastries with the filling that were used for Christmas carols. Kolyadki have a form of small boxes filed with jams, berries or tvorog.
 Method
Knead the dough and roll out finely 5mm thick. Cut out squares, fold edges and pinch the corners. It must look like a little box.Filling: Blend tvorog (cottage cheese) with sugar and an egg. Fill the boxes.Bake in a preheated oven until light brown.
