 Description
Kololik is similar to simple soup with meatballs. But spices and the method of cooking make it different and really tasty. There are several kinds of it.
 Method
Put lamb in cold water and cook on low heat, covered, until done. Strain the broth and set aside. Grind lamb and onion in a mincer, add eggs and finely chopped spices and shape small balls. Bring the broth to boil, add rice, meat balls, spices, salt to taste and cook until rice is done.

 Ingredients
  • 500 g lamb.
  • 1/2 c rice.
  • 2 ea eggs.
  • 3 ea onion.
  • 50 g butter.
  • 3 tb tarragon.
  • 2 tb parsley green.
  • 7 ea pepper peas.
  • salt.
